Chef Shahar Solomon is the culinary force behind Galilee Mediterranean Grill, bringing passion, experience, and the vibrant flavors of the Galilee to Las Vegas.
A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Chef Shahar combines classical culinary training with a deep appreciation for authentic Mediterranean and Israeli cuisine. His cooking is defined by fresh, quality ingredients, bold seasonings, and uncompromising attention to detail.
Before leading Galilee Mediterranean Grill, Chef Shahar built an impressive culinary career spanning more than 25 years, including serving as a chef at Picasso. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for culinary excellence, exceptional quality, and meticulous attention to detail.
Today, at Galilee Mediterranean Grill, Chef Shahar brings his experience and signature touch to every dish—from traditional Mediterranean favorites to carefully crafted specialties inspired by the flavors he grew up with.
Beyond the kitchen, Shahar is a dedicated family man, married with three children and two dogs. His passion for food is rooted in the same values he brings to his family table: generosity, quality, authenticity, and bringing people together.
